          導熱系數分析儀

          瞬態平面熱源技術(TPS)是用于測量導熱系數的一種新型的方法,由瑞典Chalmer理工大學的Silas Gustafsson教授在熱線法的基礎上發展起來的。它測定材料熱物性的原理是基于無限大介質中階躍加熱的圓盤形熱源產生的瞬態溫度響應。利用熱阻性材料做成一個平面的探頭,同時作為熱源和溫度傳感器。合金的熱阻系數一溫度和電阻的關系呈線性關系,即通過了解電阻的變化可以知道熱量的損失,從而反映了樣品的導熱性能。該方法的探頭即是采用導電合金經刻蝕處理后形成的連續雙螺旋結構薄片,外層為雙層的絕緣保護層,厚度很薄,它令探頭具有一定的機械強度并保持與樣品之間的電絕緣性。在測試過程中,探頭被放置于樣品中間進行測試。電流通過探頭時,產生一定的溫度上升,產生的熱量同時向探頭兩側的樣品進行擴散,熱擴散的速度依賴于材料的熱傳導特性。通過記錄溫度與探頭的響應時間,由數學模型可以直接得到導熱系數。

          2、直接測量,測試時間5-160s左右可設置,能快速準確的測出導熱系數,節約了大量的時間;


          3、不會和靜態法一樣受到接觸熱阻的影響;


          4、無須特別的樣品制備,對樣品形狀并無特殊要求,塊狀固體只需相對平滑的樣品表面并且滿足長寬至少為探頭直徑的兩倍即可;


          5、對樣品實行無損檢測,意味著樣品可以重復使用;


          6、探頭采用雙螺旋線的結構進行設計,結合專屬數學模型,利用核心算法對探頭上采集的數據進行分析


          7、樣品臺的結構設計巧妙,操作方便,適合放置不同厚度的樣品,同時簡潔美觀;


          8、探頭上的數據采集使用了進口的數據采集芯片,該芯片的高分辨率,能使測試結果更加準確可靠;


          9、主機的控制系統使用了ARM 微處理器,運算速度比傳統的微處理器快,提高了系統的分析處理能力, 計算結果更加準確;


          10、儀器可用于塊狀固體、膏狀固體、顆粒狀固體、膠體、液體、粉末、涂層、薄膜、保溫材料等熱物性參數的測定;


          11、智能化的人機界面,彩色液晶屏顯示,觸摸屏控制,操作方便簡潔;
